Amos Jayeola

Director of Operations

Amos is a bi-lingual (French-English) project manager with over 15 years of Project management and operation experience. He specializes in the execution and overall co-ordination of quantitative and qualitative studies from interviews with the general public to special publics, seniors executives and professionals. He has gained wide experience from several research and field agencies, which include Public Opinion Poll (POP) and Advertising. He has all-around operation knowledge and experience from project proposal, cost estimation, planning and execution, quality management, data verification, control, and project management all through to reporting and insight development. He prides himself in the knowledge of tool development for Agriculture, health, public, and market research tools including report development. He has vast experience in francophone and Africa as a whole. He has managed multi-country social and health donor-funded projects like Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) UNICEF, USAID, and Office Research of the US Department managing in over 16 countries in Africa for each donor. He has travelled, recruited, and trained field forces in the following countries outside Nigeria: Benin, Togo, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea Conakry, Senegal, Mauritania, Djibouti, DRC, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon. He has a local perspective of African countries that acts as a value addition to the analysis of the overall project giving it the local touch. He is a member of Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NiMRA) and African Market Research Association (AMRA). Amos, holds a Master Degree in French from University of Lagos – Nigeria.

Daramola Morenike

Qualitative Research Manager

Daramola Morenike O, is a research professional that has built up more than 15 years of experience in the field of research work, covering both quantitative and qualitative research. She has had extensive training and experience in research policy, data analysis, Focused Group Discussion, questionnaire administration with research evaluation. With the use of Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) operation, and she has worked across many sectors which include Health, Media, FMCG, social norms and opinion poll. She holds a B.A degree in Linguistics from University of Ado-Ekiti.
Before joining Right Sampling Research International (RSRI), for more than four years, she has worked with Glopath and Partners Consultants as a Research Executive. She was involved in Planning and execution of many Qualitative and Quantitative Research Projects as a Moderator/Coordinator/Client Service in different Research Fields. Sector experience includes: Health care, Telecommunications, Media, Manufacturing, Lifestyle, Government, Social Media, Electronic Media, Finance, Agriculture, etc. She has worked as a data collector, a moderator, transcriber, recruitment officer, note taker, field coordinator and Quality control personnel across many states in Nigeria and West Africa. She has done this for many organizations such as Ipsos Nigeria, BBC Media action, SHOPSPLUS, SFH, John Snow Inc., SERAP, Practical Sampling International (PSI), Glopath and Partners Consultatnts, Ac-Nielson, Milward Brown, RMS/TNS, Consumer Insight Consult Ghana, among others. she a member of Nigerian Market Research Association (NiMRA).

Popoola Abosede Adeleye

Field Manager

Popoola is a researcher that has built up to 12 years’ experience in the field of research. She started her research career in quest to solve manufacturers problem of why, where and who to produce for, using both quantitative and qualitative approach in preference to the tested parameters. She has an extensive experience in research policy, using Face-to-Face Interview, In-depth Interview, Focus Group Discussion, Immersions and Ethnography. Before joining Right Sampling Research International (RSRI), she worked in POP as field executive and research officer and has handled projects for organizations in diverse sectors of the economy, this includes such as; Segmentation, Communication, Evaluation, Concept Testing, Consumer Satisfaction, Product Testing, New Product Development, Product Evaluation, Business to Business interview, Image Test, Social Research, Trade Visit, Brand Positioning, Immersions etc. She is vast in co-ordinating fieldwork can interpret clients brief to form or design research project in other to generate data collection with a clean and understandable logistics plan followed by a comprehensible budget in other to create human needs. Popoola holds a Master degree in Economics Academic from University of Lagos – Nigeria and she a member of Nigerian Market Research Association (NiMRA).

Keji Christopher

Data Processing Manager

A Graduate of Computer Science from Lagos State Polytechnic and has over 10 years Data Processing experience. He was a Supervisor – Data Processing with Practical Sampling International (PSI) before joining RSRI as Senior Data Processing Manager.
He has vast experience in the scripting questionnaire into data collection tools such as SurveyTogo, SurveyCTO, KoboCollect and has knowledge in the use of SPSS, QPSMR for data entry and data editing. Keji has managed key accounts in the past in the area of data analysis for major clients. He is an associate member of Nigerian Market Research Association (NiMRA)
